TK Property Group expands office at MediaCity
MediaCity’s flexible workspace offer ARRIVE has experienced a flurry of summer sign ups committing to a total of 6,000 sf ft in space with TK Property Group significantly expanding its operation to 40 desks in the recently refurbished Blue Tower.
The property investment firm which specialises in residential buy-to-let investments across high profile locations across the UK has quadrupled its presence at MediaCity since first locating to the creative, tech and digital hub in January 2024.
Co-Founders of TK Property Group, Ricky Murphy and Sam Fearon, said: “The strategic relocation of TK Property Group to MediaCity has been a pivotal chapter in our story. This key location has been instrumental in our exponential growth, attracting top-tier sales talent and positioning us at the heart of one of the biggest buy-to-let markets in the UK.
MediaCity has now become a launchpad for our further expansion plans as we continue to provide a full and comprehensive end to end property investment solution for our clients globally to secure the best assets in the UK city centre markets.”
ARRIVE MediaCity is also proving to become a popular destination for business support services. IRS Recruitment Services who provide HR, payroll and recruitment services has relocated its office from DWC to White Tower while Integr8 Solutions who provide trade and labour supplies has opened its first office at MediaCity as it expands its business offer.
Rebekah Lloyd Beere, Head of ARRIVE at MediaCity said: “We’re seeing a growing number of professional consultancy services such as recruiters, law and property firms wanting to relocate to MediaCity. It appeals as they are in accessible location and can tap into the many digital, tech and creative expertise that enables them to embrace new media and immersive technologies to support their businesses.”
