One of the UK’s leading hypnotherapists brings his practice to MediaCityUK
Costa Lambrias, hypnotherapist and self-development coach with a credible track record and media profile, has relocated his business to the Greenhouse, MediaCityUK.
Joining over 200 businesses and 7,000 people at the rapidly expanding Manchester development, Costa, who has over 25 years’ experience hopes to impart his passion for self-esteem through his practice; believing that everyone has a right to be happy.
Costa, who was awarded the accolade of being one of the top 10 Hypnotherapists in the UK by the Independent on Sunday, has successfully helped people with relationship issues, confidence and self-esteem, medical conditions, anxiety, addictions, eating issues, weight loss, sports performance, speaking in public and childhood trauma.

Costa, who relocated from Clippers Quay on Salford Quays, will be running a series of FREE lunchtime relax and de-stress sessions for employees and residents at MediaCityUK.

He also offers a range of bespoke corporate training events, and runs a nationally-accredited training programme for people to become hypnotherapists.
