Manchester-based Tower Hotel Management, part of The Peel Group, has appointed Alice NG as the new General Manager at Holiday Inn MediaCityUK.
Bringing 20 years of hospitality experience, including 15 years with IHG, Alice joins from a general manager position at Holiday Inn Newcastle Jesmond which she held for the last eight years.
Located at the heart of MediaCityUK, the Holiday Inn opened in October 2010 and has 218 bedrooms, a gym and three meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 40 people. The restaurant is home to Marco Pierre White’s New York Italian concept plus Starbucks coffee is served in the chic ground floor lobby bar.
Tower Hotel Management currently operates seven award-winning hotels under various international brands including Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hampton by Hilton and Ramada Encore by Wyndham. Their latest venture, the Courtyard by Marriott at Keele University will open in late Autumn 2020.
