MediaCityUK’s Mr Investa goes from strength to strength

Launched just seven months ago in the height of the pandemic, the MediaCityUK based prop tech specialist buy to let agency - Mr Investa takes another huge step forward with the launch of its exciting new website.

The new website brings together buyers and sellers of completed and tenanted buy to let properties.

Each property is visited in person by a Mr Investa sales consultant before listing. Full details are then available for buyers to see on the website, including financial performance, floor plans, photographs, video tours, and google map views, enabling an informed decision to be made.

After setting up a User Profile and uploading their ID, relevant Anti Money Laundering and proof of funds documentation, buyers are able to make an offer for a property. If accepted by the seller, the property is then secured by paying a PayPal holding deposit preventing gazumping.

Managing Director Ryan Hughes said: “Having a catalogue of completed buy-to-let properties nationwide which are available to view and reserve online is a massive step forward for Mr Investa and the buy-to-let market. “We are delighted to bring this update so early in our prop tech journey, but it is a true indication of our passion for combining technology and completed buy-to-let property. Creating transparency and easy user experience in a sometimes misleading and complicated market.”
