
HF commits to MediaCity for its future growth

HF, the UK’s leading legal advisers to the insurance and commercial sectors has committed to moving its Manchester office to Orange Tower’s 16,040 sqft, grade A office space in MediaCity, Salford, Greater Manchester.
HF will relocate 500 employees from Talbot Road, Manchester to Orange’s prestigious 11th floor which will help support its business growth plans within the tech, digital and creative destination. HF joins high profile brands Kellogg’s, Ericsson and ITV within the net zero carbon development as defined by the UK Green Building Council’s 2019 framework definition.
The light, bright space, benefits from floor to ceiling windows and has been designed to maximise collaboration, creativity and health and wellbeing with numerous break-out, presentation and communal areas. The building also benefits from exceptional connectivity as recognised by the Platinum Wired Scored rating with MediaCity being recognised as Europe’s first Wired Certified Neighbourhood.
