Global Tech business SYSPRO signs Flex lease after MediaCity’s Tomorrow building receives £1.2m refurbishment across 5th and 6th floors.

MediaCity’s Tomorrow building’s 5th and 6th floors are now 70% let, with significant interest for remaining space.

MediaCity has announced global tech business, SYSPRO has taken 4,000 sqft. of newly refurbished Flex space on the 6th floor of the Tomorrow building, further cementing MediaCity as one of the UK’s leading destinations for innovative tech-driven organisations, as well as being a centre of thriving creativity and future media.

SYSPRO’s letting follows a recent £1.2m refurbishment project of the 5th and 6th floors of the Tomorrow building, which delivered high-quality and modern working environments. The project has already attracted strong interest, with Tomorrow building’s 5th and 6th floors now 70% let. Notably, a number of the suites were pre-let, which is a rare milestone for Flex space, highlighting the strength of demand for MediaCity’s offering.
