Get ready for an incredible night of TV with plenty of surprises and even more laughs!

Red Nose Day 2022 will culminate in an unmissable evening of television that will be broadcast from 7pm on Friday 18 March live from MediaCity in Salford on BBC One and BBC iPlayer as some of the nation’s favourite faces come together for a very special night of comedy, entertainment, music and much more. The Red Nose Day night of TV will feature hilarious sketches, live performances and one-off comedy specials whilst showcasing the incredible impact donations have made in the UK and across the world.
This year’s Comic Relief is set to be one of the best yet, with some star studded appearances from French and Saunders, Jack Whitehall, Tom Daley, Rose Ayling Ellis and Giovanni Pernice, David Walliams, Guz Khan, Matt Lucas, Jay Blades, and many more.
Red Nose Day 2022 will be hosted by Alesha Dixon, David Tennant, Zoe Ball, Paddy McGuinness and Sir Lenny Henry. Plus The Great Comic Relief Prizeathon will be hosted by Joel Dommett and AJ Odudu.
The big fundraising night of TV for Comic Relief is a BBC Studios Entertainment Production for the BBC, commissioned by Kate Phillips, Director of Entertainment Commissioning. The Executive Producers for BBC Studios are Peter Davey and Colin Hopkins. The Commissioning Editor for the BBC is Katie Taylor.
