At Therapy First which is based in MediaCity Salford our therapists use a variation of clinical skills including manual therapy such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation and manipulation, stretching, biomechanical analysis and correction, acupuncture and individually prescribed exercise therapy to restore normal movement and activity. We also focus on preventing the recurrence of injuries and diseases.
